About the Event
A space to slow down, step away from everything you're carrying, and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided meditation, intuitive movement, journaling, reflection, partner connection, and a deeply held sharing circle, we'll create space to listen inward, reconnect with your body and intuition, and remember the woman underneath all the roles you carry.
You don't need to fix anything or become someone new.
You simply get to come back to yourself.
